SHIPPING
We ship worldwide! Depending on weight and country, the orders are shipped either by Swedish postal service (Posten) without tracking numbers or with DHL trackable.
DELIVERY
Ordered items will be shipped within a week from your order date if nothing else is written on the product´s page. The time of delivery can vary with country, normally you recieve the item within 10-14 days. Countries outside Europe can take a little longer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, unused and unopened orders may be returned within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Always email us at hello@mini-empire.se before you send any items.
When returning an item, note that it´s your responsibility to make sure the products are well packed and reach us unharmed. If a package, for some reason is lost, you need to first make a notice to your local post office.
RECLAIMS & DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive a damaged item you want to return, Mini Empire pays the shipping cost. Contact us at hello@mini-empire.se and we´ll help you arrange the shipping.
